The short version. We collect what you give us (name, company, email, phone, quiz answers) and what your browser tells us (pages viewed, device, referrer). We use it to reply to you, run our business, and measure our marketing. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to correct, access or delete it at any time by emailing hello@socialjet.sg.

4. How we use your data
- To reply to you and prepare for a strategy call. Enquiries go directly to our Head of Strategy; we do not add you to a newsletter or automated drip sequence.
- To match creators to campaigns and manage campaign delivery, reporting and payment.
- To measure which of our advertisements and pages lead to enquiries, so we spend less on ads that don't work.
- To secure our systems, prevent abuse and comply with the law.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions, and only as needed:
- Hosting and security: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, edge functions, DDoS protection).
- CRM and scheduling: HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel), used to store enquiries and book calls.
- Email delivery: our transactional email provider, used to send enquiry notifications to our team.
- Advertising and analytics: Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) and, where enabled, Google. See section 6.
- Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to contact us there.
- Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers) and authorities where legally required.
- Clients and creators: in the course of a campaign, a client may see a creator's public handle and deliverables, and a creator may receive a client's brief and product. We do not share private contact details between them without consent.
Some providers store data outside Singapore (for example in the United States or the EU). Where we transfer personal data overseas we ensure the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
6. Cookies, pixels and tracking
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Full details, including how to opt out, are in our Cookie Notice. In summary:
- Strictly necessary: keeping your quiz progress and form state on the page.
- Advertising and measurement: the Meta Pixel places a cookie (
_fbp) and records page views and form submissions so we can measure our ads and show relevant ads to people who visited our site. We also send the same events server-side through Meta's Conversions API, with contact details hashed before transmission. You can opt out of Meta's interest-based advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block the pixel with a browser extension. - Fonts: typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve the font files.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and quiz responses: up to 24 months from last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client and creator records: for the duration of the relationship and 7 years thereafter for accounting and tax purposes.
- Job applications: 12 months, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
- Analytics and pixel data: per the retention settings of the provider, typically 90 to 180 days for raw events.
We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected or required by law.
8. How we protect it
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored with access limited to staff who need it, and protected by the security controls of the providers listed above. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a data breach that is likely to cause significant harm, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as the PDPA requires.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and learn how it has been used or disclosed in the past year.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Withdraw consent to any use of your data. We will explain the likely consequences (for example, that we can no longer follow up on your enquiry) and stop within a reasonable time.
- Request deletion where we no longer have a lawful basis to retain the data.
Email hello@socialjet.sg with "PDPA request" in the subject. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission at pdpc.gov.sg.
